Combat Turn Sequence (NON RIGGERS)
1: Setup First round only, determine starting distance and speeds for each vehicle
2: V-T-S Calculate Vehicle, Speed and Terrain points for each vehicle
3: Maneuver Score Determine each vehicles Driver Points and then calculate Maneuver Score
4: Initiative Each driver rolls initiative as per their drivers -BASE- reaction +1d6
5: Actions Each driver declares its action, resolved in the order of initiative
6: Changes Evaluate actions and results, determine changes to vehicle speed and distance covered
7: New Round Go to step 2
